SIZE: All size options are measured ACROSS the name from  the tip of the first letter, to the very end of the last letter from LEFT to RIGHT. Height will be determined based on the name, size and font chosen.

HANGING: For hanging, we recommend the use of 3M Command Strips, and following the instructions on their packaging for “install”. We also recommend placing a few small finishing nails into the wall (NOT nailed through the cutout), just under some of the loops in the lettering for the sign to hang from – just for added stability.

TIMELINE: Our processing time is 3-4 weeks from the date of order. Please check email  to approve your design within 3-5 days  after ordering.

 PLEASE NOTE: if you would like to make any changes to the design, you must respond within 2 days of receiving your design. If we do not hear back from you we will assume you are pleased with the design and we will complete production using that design
